I have had more trouble than ever trying to get this new printer going and it takes me to Firefox to do something but nothing opens up, it’s a blank page, so back I go to chrome and make sure I have the full package downloaded and it can print, finally, but it can’t scan.
It tells me to install the ‘installer’ from Dr.Print and Scan, then takes me to Firefox only to end up with a blank page.
I’ve had other HP printers and never had this much trouble, I wish I had never bought it.
